We do not issue refunds unless there is damage to your product. Please send us a photo of your damaged product with your refund request! If a refund is processed, the refunded amount will go back to the same form of payment used within 3-5 business days of the date we processed your refund. We don't believe that you should have to pay return shipping, restocking fees, or any other charges, so we do not require you to send back any damaged product. All we ask is that you make sure that the bottles get recycled!
If Your Delivered Order Is Missing:
If the tracking number provided to you by Sweet Leaf Tea says that your package has been delivered, but you have not received/cannot find your package, please contact UPS directly at 1-800-742-5877 with your tracking number before reaching out, if UPS will not help you from there, we will do our best to assist you!
If You Never Received A Tracking Number:
If you never received a tracking number from Sweet Leaf Tea, and it has been 7 days or more since you placed your order, please reach out to us at email@example.com and we'd be happy to track your order down for you.
When you register for a subscription order, you expressly acknowledge and agree that Sweet Leaf Tea (or a 3rd party payment processor) is automatically authorized to charge you on a 14, 30, or 45 day basis for as long as your subscription continues.
NOTE: Sweet Leaf Tea cannot create a subscription for you. The only way a subscription order can be created is when you add a product to your cart and have the subscription option selected. Once you check out with a subscription product in your cart, you are opting in to a subscription model and expressly giving Sweet Leaf Tea consent to bill for a recurring subscription order until you cancel the subscription.
Cancellation Policy: Your subscription will automatically renew until you cancel it. You can cancel it by signing into your account, and clicking "Manage Subscriptions" under Account Details. You can cancel your subscription at anytime, but if you cancel after your payment has been processed you will still receive and be charged for your next order. You will be responsible for all charges (including any applicable taxes) incurred prior to the cancellation of your subscription.
UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you entered the wrong address or a P.O. Box, it is your responsibility to contact UPS directly to re-route your package. We will not issue refunds or replacements for packages sent to the wrong address or to P.O. Boxes.
Sweet Leaf Tea reserves the right to change or cancel any or all parts of this policy at any time without notice to the customer. * Sweet Leaf Tea also reserves the right to deny refunds or exchanges to any customer for any reason.
