South of the Border Zinger

2 parts Mint & Honey Green Tea 1 part Republic Añejo Tequila 1 peso-sized piece of candied ginger 2 dashes of orange bitters per serving In a mixing glass, muddle the ginger. Add the other ingredients, and fill with ice. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass, and garnish with a mint leaf.
